As I turn the page on 2024, I’ve reflected on the stories, lessons, and knowledge that shaped my year. This was a year of self-care—learning more about my health, making mindful food choices, and prioritizing what truly fuels me. And, of course, I indulged in a good thriller (or two) along the way.
